Rent our classroom.

A bright, peaceful 750 sq ft classroom in Randolph Towers, two blocks from the Ballston Metro. Hourly or daily. Perfect for workshops, small classes, breathwork events, and community gatherings.

About the space.

The classroom is the same room our practitioners use for our own wellness classes, natural light, hardwood floors, a low-noise environment, and easy access from the Ballston Metro. At 750 square feet, the open-plan room comfortably seats up to 40 people theatre-style or 20+ with tables.

We rent the room hourly for short workshops and daily for full-day events. Most renters are independent practitioners, yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators, sound-bath hosts, and small-group coaches, but we’ve also hosted book launches, mastermind meetings, and community organizing sessions.

The Teal Center front desk is staffed during business hours, so renters can hand off check-in to us and focus on running their event.

Getting here is easy: we’re a two-block walk from the Ballston-MU Metro station (Orange + Silver lines), with Ballston Quarter garage parking (~$1/hr) and street parking nearby.

40 theatre-style or 20+ with tables. We can configure the room before you arrive.

Projector & screen

Ceiling-mounted projector with projection screen and Wi-Fi. Bring your own laptop.

Wall outlets

Power available throughout the room for laptops and equipment.

Sink & counter

Countertop area available for refreshments. Renters are welcome to bring their own catering.

Front-desk support

Our team handles building entry and basic check-in during business hours so you can focus on your event.

When to book

The classroom is most available weekday evenings, weekends, and most holidays. We use it ourselves for wellness classes most weekday mornings, see our class schedule for blocked times. Recurring bookings (e.g., weekly evening yoga) get priority pricing.

Pricing

Rates depend on time of day, group size, and whether the booking is one-off or recurring. Contact us for a quote, we’ll usually respond within one business day with availability and a flat rate.
