When booking, select your Service Category and duration (30–90 minutes). Then filter by staff or time. If you still can’t find availability, call 703-522-7637 for assistance.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the full rate. You may send a friend or family member in your place. If your time is filled from our waiting list, you won’t be charged.
Cancellations due to snow or ice will not be charged. Please wait until the day of your appointment to cancel if weather conditions are uncertain.

The Teal Center does not submit claims. Massage therapy may be reimbursable if referred by a physician. Receipts include treatment codes and therapist license numbers for self-submission. HSA/FSA cards accepted.
Please stay home if you are ill. There is no charge for cancellations due to contagious illness.
Tips are appreciated and can be given in cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or by credit card.
A 5% processing fee applies to credit card tips. $10 minimum for credit card charges.

We’re located two blocks from Ballston-MU Metro in Randolph Towers, Suite #230. Enter through the main doors on 9th St., then take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.
Complimentary outdoor lot (ask Randolph Towers concierge for access).
Two-hour metered street parking (free on Sundays).
For classes: park at Ballston Quarter Garage (627 N. Glebe Rd).
Dress in a way that feels comfortable for your session. Most clients choose to keep their undergarments on during a massage.
