Wow, this was great. I've never taken a breathing or yoga class before. Allison was a super leader. I felt cleansed and energized after and slept very well. Just had a wonderful acupuncture session with Nevin yesterday!  She listened carefully, and connected many dots which led to a helpful session which greatly relieved my foot pain/swelling and even loosened up my knees. I love the peace and beauty of The Teal Center space, and the massage therapists who have helped me there are wonderful!
