Crystal (she/her) is a dedicated healer whose work is rooted in helping others reconnect with their innate health and wholeness through awareness, compassion, and acceptance. She is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Usui Reiki Master, meditation guide, and ordained minister. Her journey into healing began during her time as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. State Department, where working with refugee communities deepened her desire to support emotional and physical well-being. After returning to Washington, D.C., she trained at the Potomac Massage Training Institute and transitioned fully into healing work in 2012. Crystal offers a deeply intuitive and integrative approach, drawing from modalities such as craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and Reiki. Her sessions are designed to support nervous-system regulation, release tension, and foster holistic healing.
